Meizu divided itself into three divisions primarily. Flagship phones and smartwatches are handles by the Meizu Division. Mid-range and lower end devices are handled by the Blue Charm Division, while software is specifically taken care of by the Flyme Division.
Li Nan heads the Blue Charm Division and he recently revealed the company is planning to open its very first ever actual store. It is expected to have a grand opening around February 2018. It is rumored that this store will be nothing like any other store, including other Meizu stores or Xiaomi stores. Nan states the lifestyle will be the predominant focus and that it will not simply be a smartphone store.
No information is available yet to tell exactly how many stores will be opening, but we can expect details after the first one opens.
Releases from Blue Charm this year included the Meizu M6 Note. It is the first phone by this company to feature the Snapdragon processor.
